- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement for one hundred (100) DELL OptiPlex GX620 Minitower Computers. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 06-0431. IMPORTANT NOTE: Fifty (50) computers are to be shipped to 9000 Blue Mound Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76131 and the remaining fifty (50) computers are to be shipped to 14th and C Streets, SW. Washington, DC 20228. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing will give preference to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and HUBZone Small Businesses when evaluating quotes for award. However, all interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, and DUNS number. If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. NOTE: Vendor must have Letter of Supply from DELL in order to supply to Federal Government.
