- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to solicit and award, on a full and open competitive basis, a firm fixed-price indefinite delivery/requirements type contract for depot level cleaning and repair of government-owned Lockheed Martin Sippican XBT Launcher Heads. The head is part of a Sippican deck launcher LM-2A system. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. A five year period of performance is anticipated. Quantities are estimated to be from 0 to 20 units per year. Anticipated contract value is $50,000. This action is 100 % set-aside for small business concerns located within a 60 mile radius of Stennis Space Center, MS. This action is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332710, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The SIC code is 3599. Solicitation number N62306-06-T-1033 applies.
