- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation 0010180667 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, FAC 2001-27. The solicitation shall be awarded on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Kelly Klosure Systems, Fremont, NE. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333319 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following prefabricated metal flight simulator enclosure with required components is required to be shipped to MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan where delivery shall be FOB Origin Prepaid: CLIN 0001, P/N - Kelly Klosure System 3, UFC 3-310-01 May 25, edition, roof load 0, Wind Load 180 MPH (3- second gust), Importance Factor (roof, wind) 1.0, one (1) each, delivery NLT 30 March 2007; CLIN 0002, freight charges to ship CLIN 0001. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev). A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also applies: DFARS 252.204-7004, ?Required Central Contractor Registration.? The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A.
