Vendor to provide 2 deliveries per week . On a monthly basis vendor to perform "Deep Cleaning" of processor. Deep cleaning to include Tanks to be emptied, cleaned and refilled with fixer & developer, racks to be cleaned and adjusted, broken and worn parts are to be replaced; all interior portions are to be cleaned and tested for leaks; developer & water filters are to be replaced. In lieu of twice weekly delivery, vendor allowed to install a mixer. Vendors price shall include the installation & rental of mixer.
