Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites quotes for Plumbing, Pump House Replacement and Well Protection at the Block Island National Wildlife Refuge, New Shoreham, Rhode Island. The work includes removal, disposal and replacement of all plumbing in the house (not fixtures), removal of well pump, followed by excavation and placement of a manhole over the existing dug well, placement and re-hook up of well pump following manhole placement, removal and replacement of well piping from well pump, removal, disposal and replacement of pump house including new poured concrete topping slab, and renovations to the cabins bathroom and plumbing. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $30,000. and $40,000. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236118 (SIC code is 1795). The size standard is $31million. This procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a August 4, 2006.
