- Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract to CTEIP, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The contract is for an iNet Portal Website Project for which CTEIP has the necess ary understanding and experience. Under Section 308 of PL 108-183, an award less than $3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A firm-fixed price commercial contract will be awarded on 18 Jul 2006.
