- Installing Recycling Center bailers at Hickam AFB, HI. 1) Install (1 each) large capacity horizontal international baler with loading conveyor and fluffer (Customer is supplying the international bailer) Description of work: a. Uncrate equipment and move inside warehouse. b. Move large hydraulic international bailer to proper location determined by the customer. c. Reassemble entire machine back together to proper factory specifications. d. Install loading conveyor to large international bailer new location. e. Rewire all controls back to factory specifications. f. Fill with hydraulic oil to proper level. g. Start-up and test all operations. h. Instruct personnel on proper operations. i. Perform a one (1) time preventative maintenance on new baler. j. Convert baler from 50 HZ to 60 HZ by changing large custom drive motors. k. Provide warranty of installation work for large and small cube balers for at least six (6) months from job completion date. Warranty will include normal wear or manufacturer defects. The warrant doesn?t have to cover or be responsible for damage occurring from unforeseen natural disasters, flooding, fire, vandalism, neglect or theft. 2) Install (1 each) large cube plastic baler and convert to 60 HZ by changing custom drive motors. (Customer is supplying the cube plastic baler) 3) Install (1 each) small cube plastic baler and convert to 60 HZ by changing custom drive motors. (Customer is supplying the cube plastic baler) Hickam AFB Recycling Center (Customer) is responsible for: 1) Electrical hook-up to large capacity international baler at new location. 2) Assisting contractor with uncrating the large capacity international baler. 3) Supplying any missing parts or components. 4) Supplying (2 each) large capacity forklifts and drivers. 5) Supplying hydraulic oil for start-up. 6) Electrical hook-up to power source to the cube balers (large and small).
