- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-06-Q-A039 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811211. Small business size standard is $6,500,000.00. This is a total service-disabled veteran small set-aside. The contractor shall upgrade the 92 OSS Theater Room equipment at Fairchild Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
