Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property NAICS Code: 238330 Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command 436th CONS/LGCA 639 Atlantic Street Dover AFB DE 19902-5639 Description This project consists essentially of but is not limited furnishing all plant, equipment, supervision, labor, supplies, services and materials required to repair floors and joints and the application of floor coatings to hangar and shop floors on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330 with a size standard of $13 million dollars. The approximate issue date will be 24 July 2006 with an approximate response date of 23 Aug 2006. This solicitation is for 100% HUBZone Businesses. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. All firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award. Information to register can be found on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or telephone 1-888-227-2423. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery type requirement contract. The performance period is one (1) initial year and four (4) option years. Estimated contract performance period is 365 calendar days for the base year with four 12 months periods, which may be exercised at the Government?s option. The base year project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Each option year magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available.
