Description
This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request No. F1Y3DA6180A100 is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS is 532412 and the. Small Business Size Standard is $6.5M. This solicitation is for rental of a forklift for use in and around warehouses on F.E. Warren AFB for a period of 12 months The unit should be delivered to F.E. Warren no later than 1 September 2006 FOB Destination, F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY 82005. This forklift?s specifications must be equivalent in all respects to a Cat Lift Truck Model P6000-D. Other models/ brands are acceptable but offorer must include the complete specifications of any substitute model for customer approval. Quotations should include all transportation required to deliver the forklift to F.E. Warren perform any periodic maintenance required above the operator level and pick up the forklift at the conclusion of the rental agreement. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, the acknowledgement and receipt of amendments shall be included with offer. The offer should be structured so that total costs, are divisible by 12 for ease in obtaining payment through the Air Force Payment system. Payment on this Purchase Order will be made on a monthly basis through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) A written Notice of Award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
