- Synopsis ? Reroute Power for North Airfield Sensor This project consists of rerouting power feeding the North Airfield Sensor by connecting it to a generator in building 9030 on Dyess AFB, TX in accordance with the scope of work and technical provisions. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this acquisition. This procurement will be Service-Connected Disabled Veteran set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $31,000,000 gross annual income or less. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 14 July 2006 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.bpn.gov. A site visit will be held on 20 July 2006 @ 9:00am at the 7th Contracting Squadron. Please contact Sarah Tighe by COB 18 July for those planning to attend the site visit. The cut off for receipt of offers shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 26 July 2006.
