- Modification 07 to Solicitation WN01275Y2006T is issued to: 1) Clarify HUBZone requirement (for proposing HUBZone firms residing or primarily doing business in the State of Mississippi), see Page 1 and Attachment 7; 2) Answer offeror questions, provided as Attachment 7; 3) Provide a complete solicitation package, which includes: Attachments 1 ? 7. 4) The only changes to the solicitation are: a) Add HUBZone clarification & Stafford Act language; b) Add Attachment 7, Q&A; and c) Add Clauses: 52.216-1 -- Type of Contract; 52.216-27 -- Single or Multiple Awards; HSAR 3052-2047.71, Contractor Employee Access to Attachment 6. 5) Offeror Proposal Options: a) Offeror determines whether they need to revise & resubmit proposal by new due date; OR b) Offeror sends e-mail to contract specialist by new due date stating that previously submitted proposal will stand as is. If past performance questionnaires were previously received, new questionnaires are not required. 6) EXTEND THE DUE DATE: Proposals shall be e-mailed to judy.stevens@dhs.gov by July 20, 2006, 12 p.m. EST. REMINDER: THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED TO CERTIFIED HUBZONE BUSINESSES RESIDING OR PRIMARILY DOING BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI ONLY!!NO OTHER OFFERS WILL BE EVALUATED!!
