- Description
- The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA),Fisheries/ST Economics Division, intends to award on a sole source basis using simplified acquisition procedures with GAMS Development Corporation, 1217 Potomac Street, NW, Washington DC 20007 for a 20-user project license for GAMS Windows to be used at all NMFS sites, in addition to an update of the GAMS Linux PATH Solver. Notwithstanding the Government's intent to negotiate this requirement on a sole source basis with GAMS Development Corporation, responsible sources may submit a response which, if received timely, will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 15 days of the posting of this notice. Responses may be emailed to Robin.Prather@noaa.gov, fax to 301-713-0806 or mailed to DOC/NOAA, 1305 East West Highway, #7146, Silver Spring MD 20910. The NOS/NMFS/OAR Acquisition Division intends to issue a firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
