- The USAD Forest Service region 9 regional office located in Milwaukee, WI intends to award a purchase order for the purchase and maitenance of four(4) copiers and maintenance plans. There is the potential of two(2) additional copiers and maintenance plans in fiscal year 2007. The government intends to award to one vendor for the copiers and maintenance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. You will be considered non-responsive if your firm is not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). You may register in CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. This is a best value procurement open to all responsible small business concerns in accordance to the Federal Acquisition Regulations(FAR). Please respond with your quote on or before August 30, 2006. REQUIREMENTS: The copiers will not be networked with computers. No need for scanning or faxing capabilities. Copy/print speed 45 ppm or greater, Tandem drawer with duplexing, Multi-position stapling finishers with 3-hole punch, Black & white copies, Digital copier. Maintenance to include parts, labor, supplies (toner, starter, etc). Technical updates, scheduled maintenance and emergency calls. Based on 40,000 - 45,000 copies per month for four copiers. Professional delivery and set-up of all four copiers. The requirement is FOB destination. Deliver to Place of Contract Performance.
