- PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT TERRY WILSON, PMCMDDG PHONE 614-692-5683 FAX 614-693-1614 NSN(S) 4730-00-755-7237 UNIT OF ISSUE: EA NOTES 9, 22, 23 AND 26 APPLY. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN(s) with various end items. This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 4730. See Note(s): 9, 22, 23 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) basic year and up to four option years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 24 July 2006 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the procurement for one 1T NSN. The T AMSC code signifies that the NSN is listed as primary QPL or QML; therefore, the Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List is applicable. The 1 AMC code implies that the parts procured under this NSN are candidates for full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The inspection/acceptance on these items will be on an origin inspection basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition.
