- To obtain commercial services for transportating Jet Propellant Thermally Stable (JPTS) Fuel by stainless steel bulk fuel intermodal tank containers from the Killingholme Petroleum Support Depot, United Kingdom for discharge at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates into designated storage tanks that are on site. Estimated frequency of lifts is 10 containers every two weks. Services are required for 12 months from award date with an option to extend for eight (8) additional (6) month periods. "All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered."
