- USAID/Benin intends to negotiate and award up to four Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) to local in-country entities to provide logistical and administrative support services for meetings, training activities, conferences, workshops, and similar events. A determination has been made to limit competition to local in-country entities and notice of the solicitation?s issuance will be widely disseminated in local newspapers. Awards will be for a total of three years for an estimated ceiling amount of $250,000.
