- This is notice of the Governments intent to negotiate a sole source procurement with Camtronics LTD to provide software/hardware maintenance of the Heartsuite Vericis system to include software updates on Vericis Cardiovascular Information System an d Vericis Physiolog System at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The contract period will be 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. As the owner of the proprietary software, Camtronics LTD is the only source capable of providing supp ort as well as software updates for the Vericis and Physiolog systems. A fixed priced purchase order will be issued on or about 31 July 2006. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, in writing, no late r than the response date. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon resp onses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a request for competition.
