Description
The primary facilities to be design and constructed, include; one Brigade Headquarters, two Battalion Headquarters, a Band training facility, a five Company Operations Facility, a two Company Operations Facility, two Tactical Equipment Maintenance F acilities, and two deployment storage facility. The supporting facilities for this work include the design and construction of large concrete organizational parking, gas, sewer, water, communications, roadways, and POV parking lots. Will be a Two Part so licitation and the maximum numbers of offerors that will be selected to submit for Part two will not exceed three. A single contract award will be made from this solicitation for facilities and infrastructure at Fort Riley that is assigned to the KCD Corp s of Engineers. Contract duration is anticipated to be 620 days from NTP. Contract Award is anticipated NLT Nov. 1st 2007. An Organized site visit will be scheduled in the future, probably with actual solicitation.
