Description

The 35th Contracting Squadron, Misawa AB, Japan, intends to award a sole source purchase order to JGW International LTD. Required items are training aids for the use of the M-22. Items to be purchased are: CLIN 0001: M-22 Acadasim 0001-US-GPS, NSN 6665-99-335-9666, M22 Acadasim simulator with D cell simulation, battery power pack, simulation confidence check, System carry case, inlet nozzle protective cap, outlet protective cap, instructional manual; QUANTITY 3 EA CLIN 0002: CONTROLLER for GPS; QUANTITY 1 EA. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 17 Jul 06 at 4:00 P.M.
