- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-06-T-0055. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20060412. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to deliver 500 Each Kennametal wear strips PN# KENKCWB0188 or equal, these carbide wear strips measure 1/2" tall x 1 1/2" wide x 5" long. They are welded on rollover plow shoes to extend the life of the shoe, and shipping to Elmendorf AFB, AK. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
