- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. NAICS: 337412 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 To procure Herman Miller Ethospace Systems Furniture for 15 frame and tile workstations, room with 1 frame and tile office, and 7 open work positions. For a copy of the statement of work (SOW), Floor layout, and Safety Requirements, all requests should be submitted via email to Jackie.Kittrell@robins.af.mil. Or via telefax 478-926-7549. Prices should include FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Justification: To maintain continuity and style of existing Herman Miller Ethospace Furniture currently in-place. The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-09, and DFARS Change Notice 20060412) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. See Note 22 for Sole Source.
