- This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ, F1SEAD6163A300, is issued as a RFQ for a firm-fixed price contract. Quotes will be evaluated using the criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA.) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS Change Notice (DCN).
