- Contractor to provide a board certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient medical primary care services for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. The St. Cloud VA Medical Center is seeking the services of two (2) Internal Medicine Physicians, with services to be provided at our local Medical Center. Contract period will be six months from date of award with two pre-priced six-month option periods. Issue date is July 13, 2006; proposal due date is August 14, 2006 no later than 4:30PM (local time). Electronic copies of the solicitation may be obtained free of charge as posted on the FedBizOpps website. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer at 320-255-6341. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available on the Business Opportunities System (BOS) website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Electronic and faxed bids will not be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, with a size standard of $8.5 million.
