- MEDICAL OFFICER OF THE DAY (MOD) SERVICES. Physicians to serve as medical officer of the day (MOD) at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Sunday and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays. Physicians must be ACLS certified and meet all agency credentialing requirements and be privileged as a provider at the VA Medical Center. Contract period will be Base Year, October 1, 2006 or date of contract award, whichever is later through September 30, 2007, with two (2) 1-year renewal options. Solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be issued o/a 8-4-06 and the RPP document will be posted o/a that date.
