- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential 8(a) sources that can provide the following work: 1. Provide facilitator to conduct a 2-3 hour kick-off orientation briefing for 14 students to explain the Benchmarks 360-Degree Assessment process. Goals and expected outcomes will be discussed, as well as providing a timeline for the entire process. 2. Approximately 6-8 weeks after the orientation session, conduct a 2-day feedback workshop where two facilitators will meet the 14 students as well as provide individual feedback sessions. The workshop is designed to meet the following outcomes: ?? Prepare the students to see and interpret their own personal data ?? Distribute feedback reports to the students and assist the participants in processing the information ?? Facilitate a Q&A session ?? Educate students on concept of developmental planning ?? Present structure for one-on-one sessions and assign data-sorting exercise for students to complete prior to the one-on-one session ?? Conduct individual feedback sessions with students ?? Students should receive a comprehensive detailed feedback report that summarizes their data Companies should submit: List of similar projects completed in the past three years. List of all personnel in your firm anticipated to participate in this project including extent of experience (include certifications, and qualifications). Include documentation that company/facilitators are certified to facilitate Benchmarks Assessment.
