- Amendment No.: 0001 is being issued to release the solicitation. Please note that no telephonic calls will be accepted for this acquisition. All information requested must be submitted in writing. The Government anticipates the issuance of a Labor Hour Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) type Contract with firm fixed hourly rates to provide the U.S. Department of Commerce(DOC), Bureau of Economic Analysis/Office of the Chief Information Officer support for customcomputer program and software development services for their long-term econometric and statisticalprocessing of the Benchmark Input-Output and Annual Input-Output processing systems. Therequirement consists of a base period from date of award through 12-months and four (4) additional12-month option periods. The support provided through the preparation, development andinterpretation of the national income and products accounts, which show the business and othercomponents of national wealth; the input ? output accounts; personal income and associated foreigninvestment accounts; and measures related to environmental change with the framework of the nationaleconomic accounts. Note 1 applies to this acquisition.
