- Description
- Kirtland AFB, Cannon AFB, Holloman AFB, New Mexico, and Ft. Bliss, David Carrasco JCC, and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Texas, require an indefinite quantity of bread and bakery products for a 12 month contract period starting November 5, 2006 through November 3, 2007. The acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by offeror. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offerors should view and download the solicitation in DIBBS at: http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil after July 28, 2006. Potential offerors are required to register in DIBBS in order to download RFP's, receive notification of solicitation issuance and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation. Anticipated solicitation issuance is July 29, 2006. Responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
