The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The response date referenced above is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 07/28/2006, with the Response date on or around 08/28/2006. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: SPM7M906R0026. NSN: 6625-01-458-5183. Nomenclature: MULTIMETER Approved source: Fluke (89536) P/N 179, An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with four 365 day option periods) is anticipated. Total 3 year estimated quantity is 13,200 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. From: 25-2000, Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See numbered notes: 26. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency.
