- This notice is to inform industry partners of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency?s (DSCA) intent to award a sole source contract on a non-competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 to Translang Ltd., 2812 Skyland Drive, Atlanta, GA 30341. This contract will provide language services (interpretation and translation) in support of the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA). The information contained in this notification is based on the best and most current information available to date, is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Any significant changes will be provided in a subsequent synopsis if required.
