- The General Services Administration, Federal Supply Service, San Francisco is announcing a federal relocation of the US Corps of Engineers. The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the relocation of the US Corps of Engineers from 333 Market Street. Floors 7 thru 11, San Francisco, CA to 1455 Market Street, San Francisco. Floors 15 thru 17 and 20th floor. The new space is 80,000 square feet. New furniture systems will be installed before start of move by the furniture vendor. The estimated move date for this move is February 2007. Contract vendors must use union labor and have at least twenty labor employees that have or will have federal clearances 30 days prior to award of this requirement. All interested parties please allow at least 45 days for the solicitation to be posted via this FedBizopps website.
