- This is a Sole Source announcement. No ???hard copy??? RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Wyle Laboratories, Inc. for testing to verify that the Global Positioning System (GPS) Advanced Digital Antenna Production (ADAP) Fiber Optic Antenna Link (FOAL) (ADAP FOAL) assembly antenna system meets or exceeds the Environmental Qualification design requirements as specified in MIL-STD-167-1 and MIL-STD-810F, as defined for shipboard use.
