- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Facchina Global Services LLC (FGS), a small business and authorized Tandberg reseller with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)-cleared and Tandberg fully certified engineers/technicians. FGS will provide Tandberg video teleconferencing (VTC) systems, components, software and training; secure VTC engineering, integration and installation; technology assessments; post-installation hardware/software maintenance support; experientially-based secure network and cryptographic device(s) subject matter expertise; and Intelligence Community-wide experientially-based Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS)/ JWICS Mobile Intelligence Communications Systems/Containerized JWICS engineering, architectural, and implementation subject matter expertise in support of both CONUS and OCONUS intelligence organizations. Numbered note 22 applies.
