- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Fluke Electronics Corporation for the acquisition of sixteen (16) 720A Kelvin Varley Voltage Dividers, NSN 6625004453329, P/N 201228, ten (10) 9500B/600 600MHz High-performance Oscilloscope Calibrator, P/N 1623977, and twenty (20) 9530 FLK Active Head w/3.2 GHz & 150pS/500pS Pulse Capability (for 9500B/600 and above), P/N 1625176, for the United States Navy. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
