Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting bids on solicitation number 201816B004 to furnish all materials and effort to construct visitor center, and shop building, related utility systems, and other miscellaneous work. Project includes base bid items and additive bid items. The project is located at KOFA National Wildlife Refuge, Yuma County, Yuma, Arizona. The estimated price magnitude is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The total performance period is expected to be 365 calendar days or less. Bid evaluation and award will be on firm fixed price, low bid, responsive and responsible contractor. The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses are invited to submit bids. We anticipate a pre bid site investigation/conference to be held on August 15, 2006, 9 am.. Contact Cixto Saucedo, or designee for coordination (928-783-7861). Alternative arrangements for a site visit may also be made. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about July 28, 2006. Copies of the Invitation for Bid may be obtained at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov . The complete solicitation includes bid package, specifications, and plans.
