Box 1070, 801 Broad Street, Nashville, TN 37202-1070 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is W912P5-06-T-0022 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is for total small business set-aside utilizing the associated NA ICS code 332710. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall inc lude with their offer a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Letters of certification shall be provided for all steel. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commerci al Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition. ***DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The fabricator shall fabricate two (2) each? Trunnion Bearing Bushings - Lower Half, Bronze - MK 64N295 - 3 and two (2) each? Trunnion Bearing Bushings - Upper Half, Bronze - MK 64N295 - 4 utilizing ASTM B271 C90500 alloy machined complete. Delivery of finished product shall be made to Wilson Lock, 704 S. Wilson Dam Road, Fl orence, AL 35630-2010, phone # (256) 766-8052. This purchase will be evaluated as a best value to the Government and the Offeror shall include a price to fabricate and deliver the two (2) Upper Bearing Bushings, fabricate and deliver the two (2) Lower Bear ing Bushings and the estimated time to complete and deliver the final products. Shipping costs shall be included in the price of the bushings.
