- The U.S. Army Communications - Electronics Command Life Cycle Management Command Acquisition Center-Washington, on behalf of the Program Manager for Close Combat Systems and in conjunction with CECOM Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (N VESD), Countermine Division, hereby amends the previous synopsis of Request for Proposal W909MY-06-R-0004, issued on 28 November 2005. This amendment is issued to announce the increase quantity purchase of AN/PSS-14 Mine Detecting Sets. The proposed acti on will provide for the procurement of approximately 10,000 additional (originally announced at 10000 units) AN/PSS-14 Mine Detecting Sets over a period of ten years (including base year and optional years).
