- The U.S. Army TACOM-LCMC, Warren, Michigan has a requirement for one each Engine Test System described is intended for endurance and performance testing of the AGT 1500 turboshaft engines. AGT 1500 Engine Test System will consist of the following co mponents: (1) Flange mounted hydraulic dynamometer (2) AGT 1500 mounting adapter kit (3) AGT 1500 mobile engine test stand (4) Digital dynamometer control system with electro-hydraulic control valves (5) Hydraulic power kit (6) Torque calibration kit. Thi s action will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The complete Scope of Work will be contained in the solicitation package. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Regi stration requires applications to have a DUNS number. Contractors may access the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing on this site. All offereors are strongly encouraged to check this website regularly for any updates or changes. The tentative RFP issue date is anticipated on or about 27 July 2006.
