Description: Change on solicitation, Page 7, para C.4.3 to read as follows: All kits shall be shipped to the Thermal Spray users as specified on each individual delivery order. The kit manufacturer shall have the capability of storing and maintaing a stockpile of a minimum of 300 kits in order to off-set any unexpected delivery request or problems in the manufacturing process.
