- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Spectrum Systems Inc, 11320 Random Hills Road, Suite 630, Fairfax, VA 22030. The contractor sha ll provide renewal of Borland Software Support. This service includes annual software subscription for CaliberRM Concurrent Client and Starteam Enterprise Advantage Concurrent Users for a period of 1 year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 443120 and the size standard is $8.0 million dollars in average annual receipts over the last three years. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this no tice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, July 17th, 2006.
