- The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, INTENDS TO AWARD A POTENTIAL SOLE SOURCE contract to PLANETARY SYSTEMS CORP, 2303 Kansas Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910-1904. Classification Code: Small Business Set-Aside: Full and Open; Contracting Address: the 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, is providing notification of INTENT TO AWARD for the following requirements - Procure 2 each Motorized Lightband, Model MLB 38.3810-60-8-2-2, Advanced Separation System for Payload Separation and Staging. Specifications as follows: Potential offerors should submit a proposal that addresses the ability to provide the Motorized Lightband not later than 15 November 2006. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD. Firms responding should indicate if they are Small Business, Hubzone, SBA 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned, Minority Institutions.
