- **MODIFICATION THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE IS NOW 0900 21JUL06. MODIFICATION ** Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following commercial item: Modular RGB Electronic LED billboard system. All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at: http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling: 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award. This may be accomplished at: http://orca.bpn.gov/. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be on the government procurement website at the following web address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. amendments issued, changes to the Statement of Work, etc).
