- The government now intends to post a combined synopsis and solicitation allowing competition among small businesses for this project. Previous mention of a noncompetitive award is hereby negated. This award is a 100 percent small business set-aside and will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The new announcement will have the same title, but it will not be possible to post it as an amendment of this notice, so vendors are advised to scan this website regularly if interested.
