- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA has a requirement for carpet replacement on board the NOAA Ship GORDON GUNTER. Vessel's homeport is Pascagoula, MS. All work will be performed while vessel is at homeport. The performance period shall begin on August 17, 2006 and shall be completed on or before August 28, 2006. All work shall be performed in accordance with detailed specifications provided with RFQ number EA1330-06-RQ-0671. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ; set aside 100% for small businesses and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov and obtain (and provide on the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505.
