- DESCRIPTION: Perform TES and Other Specified Surveys and Perform RCW Cavity Tree Insert Installation and Maintenance on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Basis within the administrative boundaries of the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas. The Government may choose to make multiple awards from responses to this solicitation. Successful contractors must be willing to accept payment for completed task orders via Government-issued Visa purchase card. LOCATION: Work areas will be located at various locations within the Sam Houston, Davy Crockett, Angelina and Sabine National Forests, and the LBJ and Caddo National Grasslands, Texas. Specific locations, unit data and maps will be supplied with each task order. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Contracts will be awarded for a base year, with the potential exercise of up to four option years being a discretionary, unilateral right of the Government. SITE VISIT: The date, time and location of a formal site visit, if scheduled, will be in the solicitation that will post to this site. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry and must have completed a profile in the Online-Representations and Certifications database prior to award of a contract. Registration may be completed on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. Vendors must also be registered in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications) prior to contract award, and may accomplish this on the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov. You must be registered in CCR and have an MPIN number before you can begin ORCA registration. SET-ASIDE: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code is 541620 with a Size Standard of $6.5 million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation AG-447U-S-06-0075LI and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request for Quotations and will be available for downloading on or about July 24, 2006 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All potential contractors and subcontractors should register on the FedBizOpps website as an Interested Vendor. The online Interested Vendors list will be the only such list maintained for this procurement.
