- The Kootenai National Forest, Rexford Ranger District, is soliciting quotations to widen Frank Lake Road #688 for 850 feet to increase width and sight distance. Work includes construction staking, excavation and embankment, clearing and grubbing, gravel placement, and culvert installation. Estimated start date is 9/1/06 with 45 calendar days to complete the project. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will not be available until 7/26/06.
