- The Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC) awarded Contract HHM402-06-D-0001 for Analytical Systems Support on Nov 8, 2005 to COLSA Corporation, 6726 Odyssey Drive, Huntsville, AL 35898. This contract was awarded as a requirements type, Firm Fixed Price contract for the hardware/software maintenance CLINs and as a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) requirements type for all other Analytical Service CLINs. The purpose of this action is to increase the ceiling amount (to include option periods) by a total of $103,558.13 for the Firm Fixed Price Maintenance portion. This increase is necessary due to the purchase of hardware and software in the performance of a CPFF delivery order within the scope of this contract. The increase in the FFP ceiling will allow for maintenance of the required hardware and software in FY07, FY08, FY09, and FY10.
