- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 002 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR TEKTRONIX OSCILLOSCOPE & PROBES. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date due to an administrative error and to respond to vendor(s) questions. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to July 17, 2006. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on June 27, 2006. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=51 Vendor Questions: Q1) Can we quote refurbished equipment? Answer: Yes. Q2) What is the information on the scope of work, terms of reference, schedule of requirements, tendering procedure and guidelines, and estimated budget for purchase? Answer: Please refer to the online RFQ of this solicitation, which addresses the required information. Q3) What countries are eligible to participate in this solicitation? Answer: This is a procurement for commercial items that are classified under information technology, therefore foreign sources aer not restricted.
