- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, intends to modify contract N65236-04-C-7602, on a sole-source basis with G&H International Services Inc. (G&H), 1747 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC, 20006-4604. The support is a continuation of ongoing technical services including technology planning and dissemination of normalized information on new technology and product, technical assistance, technology transfer and transition to the Homeland Security community. The modification will provide support to meet ongoing mission critical requirements within the scope of original tasking to provide information to federal, state, and local public safety agencies to better prepare them to prevent, detect, deter and respond to terrorist actions. As a result of the tasking, a federated Technology Clearinghouse prototype will be completed and provide secure common gateways to structured information and data, including advanced information retrieval. The Government has identified requirements to accelerate the prototype development and deploy the current prototype to an operational system. The schedule has been accelerated to meet the operational and security requirements of the Government and will require Certification and Accreditation (C&A). G&H has extensive expertise on state and local public safety operations and involve advanced technologies that provide increased capabilities to public safety agencies. An increased cost of $806,255.56 is anticipated. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code 541330 and FSC Code J058, Note 22 applies to this solicitation.
