- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence, Army Contracting Agency, Pentagon, is conducting a market survey to identify small businesses that either manufacture Network Digital Scanners or resell Network Digital Scanners manufactured by small businesses. The Government requirement is for network-based digital scanners that meet or exceed the specifications detailed below. Three-year replacement warranty and next business day on-site maintenance are also required. Detailed Specifications: Minimum Black/w hite and color scanning speed of 30 images per minute; Minimum monthly scanning volume of 60,000 pages; Minimum print quality of 1200x1200 dots per inch; Minimum of 2 paper trays that hold up to 250 sheets; Convert scanned images into Optical Character Rec ognition format and saved in at least PDF, XML, Microsoft Word, HTML, and Text output file formats; Minimum of 32 Megabytes of Random Access Memory (RAM); Minimum of 20,000 public e-mail addresses; Built in Ethernet network capable or network connectivity device supplied with printer; Built in duplex automatic document feeding capable or duplex printing device supplied with scanner capable of holding 50 sheet; Maximum unit weight of 51 lbs; 120 Volt AC. Offerors must provide descriptive literature adequate enough for the Government to determine if the proposed products meet the Governments minimum requirements as identified in the item descriptions above.
